Step 5: Select Goals. Select all of the goals that were worked on during the session. For each goal, you must select a Prompt, Outcome, and Count. You must have all of these selected. If you do not, there will be a red X above the missing item. You will not be able to submit your note until all boxes are filled. Select Done.
