Who is eligible?
All therapists, full and part time, receive one-week average amount of hours worked in of Paid
Time Off (PTO) each year! The time allotted for the time off is equivalent to the average hours
worked per week. All therapists are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days of
employment. Paid Time Off (PTO) is calculated by dividing the total amount of hours the
employee has worked in the last 52 weeks, regardless of start date, by 52 (one year). Paid
Time Off (PTO) resets to zero when an employee takes a paid maternity leave.
