How do I get reimbursed for health insurance? Once you have a plan in place, notify Reagan Carr at reagancarr@assistedindependence.care of the price of your portion of the plan (if independents are also on plan). You will then be reimbursed on your paycheck, once monthly, for 50% of your premium.
