Who is eligible?
Assisted Independence offers three-month paid maternity leave for full time employees.
How does this work?
Starting the week prior or after birth, Assisted Independence will provide maternity leave compensation for three months. Maternity leave compensation is 66% pay of your average hours worked per week in a given year (52 weeks). Your average weekly hours are then broken down to a daily rate. This is then calculated to compensate for the work week days in a given pay period.
